Leon is just a young toy lion. Which is why it's so hard for him when he finds a girl he knows is meant to be his owner - the one person in all the world to whom he can reveal his magic nature - and he finds out that she is very, very sick.

Leon must embark on a dangerous quest through the vast expanses of the Toy Shop, trying to find a magical cure for his owner-to-be. Braving angry toys, loneliness, and even the contempt of his peers (who don't believe such a little lion can find such a magical cure), Leon will never give up.
